CLERK Larry Wennlund

The Clerk is the archivist for the Township. The Clerk maintains records for the Township as well as the Road District. The Clerk is also a non-voting member of the Board of Trustees and is empowered to keep minutes of all Board meetings, and any hearings duly called by state statute and  to publish or post notification of such meetings or hearings.  He or she works closely with the County Clerk for voter registration as well as polling places within the Township. The Township Clerk is also responsible for putting together various bid packages, publishing of proper notices and holding the bid openings.

These meetings will take place at 7:00 PM at the New Lenox Township Office Building, 1100 South Cedar Road, New Lenox, Illinois.

The Annual Meeting of the Town Electors for this Township shall take place at 6:30 p.m.on the 15th day of September, 2020, at the New Lenox Township Office Building, 1100 S. Cedar Road, New Lenox, Will County, Illinois.

Notice of any special meetings of the Board of Trustees or the Electors shall be given as required by statute.
